What to expect at your first appointment
At your first appointment, we will have you fill out a full medical history to assess your
needs.  You can download and print this form with the link above.  This will be discussed
with you before the session starts, as well as any questions you may have.  

After we have talked, you will be left in the massage room to dress down to your level of
comfort while I go wash my hands and prepare for the session to start.  You will get on
the massage table, between the sheets, at this time.  During the session you will be fully
covered by a sheet and blanket to maintain your modesty and comfort.  The only part
of you that will be uncovered during the massage is the part that is being worked on.  If
at any time during the session my pressure or techniques are not to your liking, please
let me know so that I can alter them to your preference.  

At the end of the session, I will again leave the room to wash my hands and give you a
moment to enjoy the sense of relaxation and peace that you are feeling.  When you are
fully dressed again, you'll open the door to let me know that you are ready to discuss
how you are feeling after the session.  I do this to make sure that we have accomplished
your goal and answer any questions that you might have.
